  • Compliance with Immigration Laws: All attendees must adhere to the immigration rules of the host country and ensure their visas cover the duration of the event. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or other penalties, for which AICIS is not responsible.
  • Post-Event Return: Participants are required to depart the host country upon the conclusion of the Summit unless otherwise authorized by local immigration authorities.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Professionalism: Attendees are expected to behave in a manner that reflects positively on the event and its participants. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Zero Tolerance Policy: Harassment, discrimination, and any form of misconduct are strictly prohibited. Offenders may face removal from the event, and where necessary, further legal actions will be taken.
  • Dress Code: Business or professional attire is recommended for all official Summit sessions and events.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All materials, including presentations, recordings, and handouts, remain the intellectual property of the respective authors or organizations.

  • Insurance: Attendees are encouraged to obtain personal travel and health insurance as AICIS is not liable for medical expenses, accidents, or emergencies occurring during the event.

  • AICIS is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss resulting from participation in the Summit.
  • The organizers are not liable for disruptions, cancellations, or rescheduling caused by events beyond their control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.
